Dr. Vindhya Mallikage Dona, of Sri Lankan heritage and fluent in Sinhala, English, Russian, and Arabic, brings a wealth of international experience to her new role as a non-VR GP in training at Redlynch Village Medical Centre. After graduating from a Russian medical school in 2006, she honed her skills in teaching hospitals across Sri Lanka, nurturing a passion for child and adolescent health, women’s health, mental health, and neonatal care. From 2011-2019, she served as a trusted GP in Sri Lanka, before relocating to Oman, where she continued her practice until 2024. Her diverse background and unwavering dedication to patient well-being make her an invaluable asset to the Redlynch Village team as she continues her professional development in Australia.
