Telephonic consultations are charged as per Doctor’s Fee(s) Schedule.

Occupational Health

Please contact our clinic for further information for occupational health services fees.

These fees are to assist in covering the cost of various items used during the procedure such as disposable surgical equipment, local anesthetic, sutures and dressings. Pease ask your Doctor or the reception staff who will be able to inform you if your visit will attract a procedure fee.

Allied Health & Specialist

Any Allied health & specialist services may incur a fees. Please check with our practitioner or reception. HiCaps is available for Health Fund Holders.

Failure to attend policy

Failure to Attend Policy

A $40 fee will incur if

You fail to attend an appointment
You do not give us 2 hours’ notice when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment

This fee is to be paid prior to booking any further appointments

Making Payments

Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding AMEX and Diners Cards)

Financial Hardship

Patients experiencing financial hardship should discuss with their doctor or practitioner at the time of consultation. Fee waiver is at the discretion of the treating practitioner.

Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance policy towards any abusive & aggressive behavior.
